About Alex Hunt, Canddiate for the Fall Crek Township Board
Alex is a dedicated community servant and currently the Director of Employer Services at Riverview Health, where he oversees four service lines with annual revenue exceeding $3.6 million. In this role, he partners with local business and municipal leaders to deliver healthcare services that meet—and exceed—the needs of residents, strengthening the overall health and well‑being of the community.
Alex lives in Fishers with his wife, Caitlin, and their two sons, Arlo and Theo. Originally from Minnesota, he grew up surrounded by public service; his father served on the City Council and later as Mayor, helping guide the city through thoughtful and responsible growth. Alex’s own values of dedication and service were shaped early through an intensive wrestling camp led by a former Green Beret and Division I wrestling coach, with fitness standards reinforced by a former Navy SEAL. These experiences instilled resilience, discipline, and service — values that ultimately led him to a career in healthcare.
After completing an accelerated Master’s in Exercise Physiology and an internship at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, Alex relocated to Indiana to join Ascension St. Vincent. He advanced to manage the Executive Health Clinic, working directly with Indiana executives to provide preventive wellness services. Recognizing the need to expand his business acumen, he earned his MBA through the Kelley Direct Online MBA program at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
Alex later was recruited by Riverview Health after connecting with their executive team. His current position has deepened his engagement within the community and strengthened his understanding of how to make meaningful, long‑term impact. He is also a member of the Hamilton County Leadership Academy, where he has gained valuable insight into both the successes and challenges facing the region. Alex’s volunteer experience also includes serving on the Board of Directors for a local child welfare non-profit organization as well as serving as the former Vice President and President of his HOA. Alex was also a member of the Indiana Latino Leadership Circle.
Alex is confident that his background, experience, and commitment to service align with what Fall Creek Township needs to remain a leading place to live, work, and raise a family. He is determined to help the township continue its momentum while serving residents in need with fiscal responsibility and integrity.
